Organization Overview
The Organization Overview page provides a summary of the resources associated with an organization, including Control Center users, Portal access groups, API definitions, API packages, and Domains. To access this page, navigate to Manage > Organizations. On the Manage your Organizations page, in the Organization Name column, click the organization name link or Actions (>) icon for the organization you want to manage.
Only Area administrator and Organization administrator can access the Organization Overview page.
Organization Control Center Users
This section shows the number of Control Center users who belong to an Organization. Control Center users have certain permissions that allow them to modify the Organization resources.
You can add users to an Organization on the Organization Control Center Users page. Refer to Managing Control Center Users and Roles for more information.
Organization Portal Access Groups
This section shows the number of Portal Access Groups that belong to an Organization. Portal Access Groups provide access to specific plans and APIs for specific users on the Developer Portal.
You can add specific users on the Organization Portal Access Groups page. Refer to Managing Organization Portal Access Groups for more information.
Organization API Definitions
This section shows the number of API Definitions that belong to an Organization. While creating an API Definition, you should specify the Organization that the API Definition belongs to on the API Definition Settings: <your api definition> page.
API definitions are owned and modifiable by users with API permissions in the Organizations. If necessary, the Organization's ownership of each API can be changed on the API Definition Settings page.
The API Definitions are available on the Organization API Definitions page. Refer to Managing Organization API Definitions - Control Center Visibility for more information.
Organization API Packages
This section shows the number of API Packages that belong to an Organization. API Packages are assembled from APIs owned by the Organization.
You can view API Packages on the Organization API Packages page. While creating Packages, you should specify the Organization that the Package belongs to. Refer to Managing Organization API Packages for more information.
Organization Domains
This section shows the number of domains mapped directly to an organization. For sub-organization, this page shows the number of domains inherited from its parent organization. Refer to Managing Organization Domains for more information.
